Pastoral Support Team

Trinity’s Pastoral Support Team is led by a School-Based Social Worker and supported by two Senior Pastoral and Safeguarding Officers.

The team provides a centralised and highly coordinated approach to meeting the wider needs of our learners and their families. The team ensures that all pastoral matters are addressed effectively, including safeguarding, family support, attendance, and medical needs, working closely with external agencies where appropriate.

By operating as a single, cohesive team, they enable timely intervention, consistent communication, and a holistic understanding of each pupil’s circumstances.

In addition, the team leads and coordinates a programme of parent training and regular coffee mornings, strengthening partnership with families, building confidence, and ensuring parents are well-supported to meet their child’s needs.
